All commissions require full upfront payment via PayPal. Please note that refunds are not available once work has begun.Approval & Revisions
After payment is received, I’ll provide a sketch for your approval. At this stage, you may request up to three revisions.
Additional changes beyond that or changes requested at later stages may incur an extra fee, unless I’ve made an error with your character’s design.Work-in-Progress (WIP) Updates
You’ll receive updates at key stages: sketch, line art, and flat colors.

Commissioned artwork is for personal use only, unless commercial rights have been explicitly purchased.
You’re welcome to share the artwork in your own galleries or on social media—just be sure to include proper credit.Artist’s Rights
As the artist, I retain the right to:
• Include the artwork in my portfolio
• Share it in online galleries or social media
• Use it for promotional materials
• Sell it as prints or merchandiseDo Not Edit or Alter
Please do not edit, modify, recolor, or remove watermarks from the artwork.
If changes are needed, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to help within reason!If you prefer the artwork to remain private or excluded from certain uses, please let me know before the commission begins.
